Terms of Service (TOS)
● By commissioning me, you agree to the following terms. These terms may be updated at any time, and the latest version will apply to all commissions. Once updated, older versions become invalid.
● Contact me if you have any inquiries .GENERAL TERMS
● All commissions are digital-only (no physical product).
● Commissions are for personal, non-profit use unless commercial rights are purchased.
● Credit is required when posting my work. Please use the low-quality, watermarked version provided.
● I retain full copyright for my work and may use the artwork for portfolios, promotions, and social media.
● (NDA) fee of +10% will be added if you wish to keep the work private.
● Prohibited Uses: AI training, NFTs, tracing, resale, redistribution, or any modifications without my consent.
● I have the right to decline any commission for any reason.
● I will not draw: IRL people, extreme gore, extreme mecha, sensitive content, or overly masculine men. Ask if unsure.
● NSFW work will have an additional fee of +50% base price.ORDERING & PAYMENT
● Fill out the commission form on my website before payment.
● I will confirm your request and send an invoice, do not send payments before confirmation.
● Payments are accepted via PayPal or Wise. All prices are in USD
● Full upfront payment is required
● IF the total is above $500, in which case 50% is required upfront, and the rest before final delivery.
● Invoices must be paid within 48 hours. Failure to pay may result in cancellation or blacklisting.
● Commercial Fees:

------------- 2D Live Use / Music videos / Subscription content: +100%

● I am not responsible for mistakes due to incorrect information in the commission request.QUEUE, DEADLINES & RUSH ORDERS
● I prioritize work based on less time required to finish, not on a first-come, first-served basis.
● Commissions may take anywhere from 1 week to 2 monthsy.
● Commissions with more than one character may take longer to complete.
● A rush commission will add an additional fee of +25%, which may vary based on complexity and deadline.
● Harassment over my work speed will not be tolerated.REVISIONS & FEEDBACK
● I provide three (3) WIP updates: Sketch, Base Color, and Render.
● Up to two major revisions are allowed during the sketch stage only.
● Color corrections and minor tweaks can be made during the coloring phase.
● Additional revisions beyond the limit will incur extra fees.
● If no feedback is given within 7days of sketch/color stage, I will assume the work is approved, and any changes after completion will require additional payment.
● Any major changes after the sketch phase require a new order.CANCELLATION, REFUNDS & CHARGEBACKS
● No refunds once work has begun. Please be completely sure before commissioning me
● 100% refunds are only allowed if I am unable to complete the commission.
● If theres a payment error on your side, only 80% will be refunded due to taxes and third party fees.
● Additional fees (e.g., complexity, backgrounds, commercial rights, etc) are non-refundable even if you wish to remove/cancel them.
● Partial Payments: If you back out halfway, your first deposit is non-refundable.
● Chargebacks are strictly prohibited. Please contact me first if an issue arises.
● Unauthorized chargebacks will result in permanent blacklisting.FINAL PRODUCT & USAGE
● The final artwork may slightly differ from samples in my gallery.
● You may print/live2d the artwork for personal use but may not distribute or sell it.
● I am not responsible for lost files—please save your artwork properly.
● I may remove commissioned work from public platforms at any time.
● Rude or inappropriate behavior may result in blacklisting.
